JODEE GOLDSBERRY
Jodee has been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2004.
Injuries and back pain initially guided Jodee to the benefits
of yoga. The ease of movement, a healthy spine and a rejuvenated
feeling after yoga practice are some of the joys that keep Jodee
doing yoga. Sharing her knowledge and the benefits of yoga with
others comes naturally to Jodee.
Jodee is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with
a 200-hour certification and has trained in B.C., Canada, and
Houston, Texas; but her regular practice allows her the greatest
learning opportunities. Although her primary practice is ashtanga,
Jodee enjoys and studies the broader path of hatha yoga as well.
To schedule a private yoga session with Jodee,
call her at 209-8136.
